Revert "libraries/libgnomeprintui: Removed (no maintainer)"
This reverts commit fa9971b7cf6920b765c65d76c355ed14d37bf6e0.
As it turns out, we need this for a few things, so someone
will have to step up and maintain it. I suspect I'll end
up being "someone" today :-)
