Issue #4, November 2005

Editorial

Ladies and gentlemen, folks, and fellow slackers:

After a lapse of what seems to be more than three months, The Slack World is back. And not just back, The Slack World is back with 'nother juicy issue filled with lots of knowledge, tips, tricks, fun, and, um, the thing we all call, know and love, "Slackware".

We are glad to present the 4th issue of The Slack World. As before, we have done our best to pick the most insightful posts from alt.os.linux.slackware (those written for eternity :-)) but not only. Hopefully, the table of contents speaks for itself.

Once again, we encourage experienced GNU/Linux users in general, and Slackware Linux users in particular, to share their knowledge with the community by submitting articles to be published on The Slack World. Let's make the world better!

We hope you will enjoy the issue, and that the knowledge shared through this medium helps you in one way or another. As always, your ideas, suggestions, bug reports, and any sort of feedback are most welcome! Until the next issue, have a good read!
