	The newest Plasma desktop is no longer started with /usr/bin/startkde but with /usr/bin/startplasma-x11 and so the custom X startup scripts that are installed with the plasma-workspace package needed to be updated.

	Calligra needed a rebuild against the new icu4c and calligraplan would no longer start and needed a recompile against qt5 and kcalendarcore.

	The qt5 and qt5-webkit packages needed to be rebuilt against the new icu4c. The sip package was upgraded to the version which is also used in Slackware.
