If you want a nice web page as wrapper around the command line 'ipcalc'
program, you should copy the file 'ipcalc.cgi' into your Apache server's
cgi-bin directory (usually "/var/www/cgi-bin"),
and the images 'ipcalc.gif', 'ipcalculator.png' and 'ipcalc.ico' into the
top of your web server's DocumentRoot directory (usually "/var/www/htdocs/").
